A little about me

Hi, my name is Aimee and I work with the transition learners at Sommerville School, aged 16-21 years old. We are a diverse group who work collaboratively and are culturally responsive while working to meet the needs of our learners. We focus on life after school and to become as independent as possible before leaving Sommerville. We aim to find learners'interests and get involved in the community.
